orders
Sunnica ships all orders from Van Nuys, CA. We will ship your order 24-48 hours after it is placed. If you order on a weekend it will be shipped the following Monday and you have a choice to have your order ship priority mail or standard ground. If an item is backordered you will receive an email telling you so and that item will be shipped once in stock (within 7-10 business days)
*All funds must be paid in US dollars.
** International orders will be subject to additional shipping charges. If this is the case a separate invoice will be sent to you to cover these charges before your items are shipped.
sales tax
If you are a resident of California or are shipping to a California address you will be charged the California sales tax rate of 8.25%.
returns
If you receive an item that has a manufacturer defect we will gladly take it back and replace it for you less shipping charges. We want you to be happy with your purchases. Items must be in unused condition.
Cautions and Buyer Responsibilities
As with any product...please supervise your pet's use of all toys and products. Inspect each product often for rips or tears and remove the product if damaged or if parts become separated, as injury may result.
